		<description>I can appreciate concerns around privacy more than copyright. Our privacy levels on our social networking tools reflect our privacy comfort levels. Knowing that a site could bypass your choices is a bit ominous.

I would still argue that your counter-example to Point(1) falls within the stated margin of error of my very scientific study. (heh heh)</description>
